How do I place an order?

  1. Click “Shop”
  2. Select an item to go to the product’s description page
  3. Select desired quantity and choice of grind
  4. Add to Cart
  5. Return to Shop or click “check-out” on the cart page
  6. Enter your email/username on Paypal
  7. Provide delivery information
  8. Confirm order
  9. Receive “Order Confirmation” via email

Where do the products come from?

All products are made of 100% local coffee. As of now, we are sourcing our coffee beans from Batangas.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Typically 2-3 working days. We do not offer express shipping at the moment.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, email us through the Contact page immediately. Don’t forget to include the same name and email you used on the order form. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
